The "Compliance Reviewer" using a feature WORM (write-once, read-many) back-up with the write-verification to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the message. In the system, your company can implement the system, flexible multi-tier e-mail monitoring, which consists of the user assigned to "Reviewer (s)" or "Super Reviewer (s)" to review the flagged e-mail.
